1. General Provisions

These Terms define the procedure for using the site fortunasmile.net and the Telegram bot @FortunaSmileBot (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
The Service provides informational news content; giveaways and events as additional free features for club members.
Using the site and the Telegram bot means acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The administration reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time.

To access news, events, and gifts, the user registers on the site, providing their full name, email, username, and password, and pays for club access.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Subscription payment is made monthly through the Fondy payment system.
After payment, the bot checks the Telegram ID and grants access to the closed channel.
Refunds and subscription cancellations are regulated by Fondy’s rules and the Service’s internal policies.
The Fondy fee is paid by the user.

The main content includes news about raffles, contests, and events from third-party resources.
Additionally, events and giveaways (not lotteries) are held.
Participation in events is available only with an active subscription.

Services are available to persons over 18 years of age.
It is prohibited to share account access with third parties and to distribute spam.
The administration is not responsible for Fondy failures and delays due to reasons beyond the Service’s control.

The relationship is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

3.1. Subscription payment for a month is made through the payment system Fondy.
3.2. After payment, the bot verifies the Telegram ID and automatically grants access to the closed news channel.
3.3. Refunds and subscription cancellation are regulated by the rules of Fondy and the internal policies of the Service.
3.4. The payment for the Service (club access) does not include the Fondy commission — this is borne by the user.

4. News and Additional Content

4.1. The main content is news about ongoing draws, contests, and events from external resources.
4.2. Additionally, the Service conducts events and giveaways among club members (not lotteries).
4.3. Participation in events is available only with active club access.

5. Restrictions and Responsibility

5.1. Services are provided to individuals over 18 years old.
5.2. It is prohibited to share access to the account with third parties and to distribute spam.
5.3. The administration is not responsible for failures of Fondy and delays in sending gifts for reasons beyond its control.
